Information you submit through our intake form (including your name, contact information, exposure history, and medical information) is used solely to evaluate whether your case may qualify for legal review and, if so, to refer your case to qualified PFAS co-counsel.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share intake information with qualified attorneys evaluating your case under appropriate confidentiality obligations. Communications about your potential case are treated as confidential consistent with the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct, even where no attorney-client relationship has been formed.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect intake submissions. Server logs and basic analytics may capture non-identifying information such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL.

You may request that we delete your intake information at any time by contacting us through this site. Because of professional-conduct record-keeping requirements, certain information may be retained for the period required by law.
