PA PFAS Lawsuit is an attorney referral and intake service for Pennsylvania residents who were exposed to PFAS — per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, also called “forever chemicals” — through contaminated drinking water, AFFF firefighting foam, or industrial sources, and who later developed cancer or other serious health conditions.
We do not charge clients to review a case. We are not class-action filers. Each intake is reviewed individually, and qualifying cases are referred to qualified national PFAS co-counsel with the resources and trial experience to handle complex environmental and toxic-tort litigation. Any fee-sharing arrangement between referring counsel and trial counsel will be disclosed to you in writing before representation begins, as required by the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct.
Pennsylvania has been at the center of the national PFAS contamination crisis. Decades of AFFF firefighting foam use at the former Naval Air Warfare Center Warminster (Bucks County), the former Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove and Horsham Air Guard Station (Montgomery County), Letterkenny Army Depot (Franklin County), and Harrisburg International Airport (the former Olmsted Air Force Base, Dauphin County) released PFAS into local groundwater. Industrial facilities and major airports across the Commonwealth have added to the burden. Multiple PA water authorities have shut down wells, installed advanced treatment, or distributed bottled water in response.
Our intake covers all 67 Pennsylvania counties and the Commonwealth’s major cities, boroughs, and townships. If you would like a confidential case review, please use the form on this page or our free case review form.
